Who handles your data
AlemStudio is the contact for this website. For privacy questions or data requests, email info@alemstudio.it.
What we collect
When you contact the studio, we receive the name, email address, selected service, and project description you submit. Project Fit may also send your answers and email address when you ask for a personal reply. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential client information in free-text fields.
Why we use it
Enquiry data is used to read and answer your request, understand the project context, and continue a potential professional conversation. The API also processes an IP address temporarily for abuse and rate-limit protection. We do not use these forms to subscribe you to marketing.
Email and third parties
Submitted messages are sent to AlemStudio by email through the configured SMTP provider. A confirmation email may be sent to the address you provide. Links to WhatsApp, email services, and portfolio projects take you to third-party services governed by their own policies. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry messages are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the professional conversation, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The exact retention period and provider list should be confirmed before launch. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing by emailing us. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used for this website and its contact flow. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Never use the contact form for passwords, payment details, or sensitive documents.
